Keller Ferry Marina Update

RRE is a Concession for National Park Service to Operate Marina, Retail, Food & Beverage, Moorage, Boat Rentals and Other Related Services for Keller Ferry Marina.

The National Park Service anticipates they will issue a Prospectus for proposals to operate marina, retail, food and beverage, moorage, service station, propane, pump-out and other related services combined for both Keller Ferry Marina and Seven Bays Marina in February 2010.

The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Prospectus is to be open to the public for bid up to 60 days response period. After the term closes, the NPS will have a 30-day review of candidates before awarding to the Concessioner.

RRE Houseboating was offered a one year extension in 2008 (expired September 30, 2009), to date, NPS has not offered an extension. RRE is not guaranteed or favored in the bid, even after being established for 20 years on Lake Roosevelt. RRE will accept reservations for 2010 in anticipation of being awarded the prospectus. However, in the event RRE is not the successor, RRE will not collect any monies or payments until status is confirmed.

It is RREs position to bid on the Prospectus. However, our business is at a crossroads until NPS moves forward. We will answer any questions to the best of our knowledge.
